I had an amazing time at Fox Pointe apartment! The leasing office staff especially Tarik & Melissa and maintenance team were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They made everything seamless and ensured any issues were promptly addressed. It was one of the wonderful places I ever lived. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a fantastic living experience. Thank you for everything!
I’ve been here for over 5 years and enjoy it. But to let everyone know that Melissa is always there to help with whatever we need. Always has the answers and is very knowledgeable.I have always felt like it’s our own little family here. I would give the complex and Melissa 5 stars. Thank you Melissa for always doing a great job.
I meant to post this review awhile ago. Kate the manager is the BOMB & a pleasant & comfortable person to speak with. If you have a problem/issue she will help you everytime and the outcome is usually on the customer side. She takes care of her tenants. Thanks Kate
3 nights ago it was very cold and snowy. At about 2 o'clock in the morning my son heard some noise on the sidewalk and opened the door. He was amazed to see our maintenance man John shoveling the snow off of our sidewalk. John had been working for hours clearing the sidewalks on the property and he did an excellent job. I want to say how blessed the residents are to have John as such a dedicated employee and a man who goes above what can be expected of any maintenance employee. Great job, John!
My review gets deleted every year so here it is again. Lived here for a few years and it was not good. The office ladies were rude. The maintenance guys were lazy and had no experience. We heard a dripping sound in the bathroom. It wasn't coming from the sink, toilet or bath but from inside the wall. So after telling them numerous times they finally decided to come and open a little section of wall by the light switch. Guess what?
