Fox Run Apartments Are Very Unprofessional & Indifferent To African Americans. While Living In Fox Run, Once We Moved Out We Were Charged $598 Dollars In Damages, And Lost A $400 Deposit, Totaling $998 In Damage. We Were Charged For A Light Fixture That Didn't Work When We Moved Out, How Do You Break A Light Fixture ? Especially One That Is Only A Bulb, Not A Chandelier Type Light Fixure. The past reviews of this property i can honestly say the reviews are true. I’ve been here a year and the maintenance men are in my apartment more than me . The office doesn't give proper notification that the guys need to check or fix things in your apartment. When i first moved in i would be in the bed sleep and would wake up to voices in my apartment . Walk into the kitchen or bathroom , it’s one of the maintenance guys . I visited this location, when I walked in the energy was not inviting. I had 1 question that would have been very simple to answer. The woman directed my grandfather and I to sit down. 3, very available woman, no clients, no phone calls, just fiddling through papers. We sat there for about a 5 minutes before walking out. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but they clearly did not want to help us and my Grandfather directed us to leave, because it was blatant.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but things won't get better for renters in NOLA unless we speak up. First off, maintenance staff was consistently great and seemed genuinely concerned for residents. I do think the office staff were trying, but they often seemed too comfortable pointing to corporate (1stLake) policy as an excuse for very poor service. I lived here from Oct '22 - Sept '23, these were my biggest issues: 1. Large crack in the ceiling that leaked during rainstorms from Jan-Aug (around 6 mo, see pics) The ... read more

I called to inquire and was offered a time to come in by Nicole for a tour. When I arrived Tiffany was awesome and led the apartment tour. She truly was knowledgeable about every question I had. The apartments are nice and property appeal was well maintained.
