Excellent service and good value. I recently made a long-distance relocation within the UK. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find storage for my items at short notice. The Fox team was incredibly helpful with finding suitable storage spaces for me. They encouraged me to make use of their promotion to save costs. They went above and beyond to let my movers unload earlier than their opening time to get things done sooner. Their approach to business is a caring and kind one. I have no hesitation in recommending Fox.

Fox Self Storage is good value for money. The spaces are dry and clean. The customer service is very good. The paper sign in and out system is a bit outdated, and the lift is not the most modern or fast, but all in all, the pros outweigh the cons. I would use Fox again.

I've been disappointed with Fox storage. The positives are the staff are friendly and the place feels secure and clean. The negatives are that the invoicing has been all over the place and a complete mess. On arrival, they had duplicated the deposit charge even though I'd paid this online before. Then I've received my second invoice which mistakenly had the deposit and padlock charge included (again!) plus the 8 week discount had vanished.
