We came to look at hot tubs. I’ve done some extensive research online and went to a few other stores. I told Ryan as we walked in…I had lots of questions. I grilled him with questions and he had answers. I’m a pretty good judge of people. I know when they are trying to tell me what I want to hear. I believe he was honest and wanted the best for me. After shopping around, we were so glad to find Ryan and Fox Valley Pool and Spa for our hot tub. Friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with, he took as much time as needed to answer questions and make sure I was happy. Al made the long long drive on a frigid morning to deliver it and got it all set up making sure everything was warm and working before heading out. Just another good reason to get your spa there. Very friendly and helpful. Had a great selection of pool hoses, many lengths! Would recommend this business hands down (over the poor service and selection at Juniper).

Ryan is my go to person for all of my above ground pool needs. I have been dealing with him numerous years prior to him opening up his own store. He does all of my pool water testing and provides supplies to solve any water quality issues.
