I was a bit concerned getting my first hot tub in the middle of winter but the crew at Fox Valley Pool and Spa made it an enjoyable experience. They are knowledgable, friendly, professional, and provide great guidance on chemicals without over selling product. I highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub.
I have to share what a grreat group of people this place has!! Some places won't test yr h20 if you didn't buy yr pool from them but these guys- no problem 😊 So knowledgeable and patient with my issues and didn't make me feel like "I should have known this" What a fantastic addition to the Valley, Tyty all for your expertise and friendly Service
