This is a new experience for us owning a hot tub. Ryan and his staff have been great through all of our questions and concerns. Delivery and setup was as good as the service after. Highly recommended them!
I was a bit concerned getting my first hot tub in the middle of winter but the crew at Fox Valley Pool and Spa made it an enjoyable experience. They are knowledgable, friendly, professional, and provide great guidance on chemicals without over selling product. I highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub.

Very personalized and detailed sales and support. They took as much time as I needed, and answered all my questions in great detail. They helped remove my old spa. They were very careful and thorough in all of this, and in the delivery of our new spa. Al went through all details of operation, care, maintenance, and schedule for the chemicals.
