I'm mark crieder, apartment 316. I've lived here for 2 and a 1/2 years, and I've seen 4 managers leave since I've been here, Simone is probably one of the best managers that I've seen. She has great abilities.And I appreciate all the things that she's done for me

Simone is proving to be a good asset to our building . She is working to get all rent payments in the right place in Michael's system. She works well with all residents. She is asset to our building.

Our Community Manager Symone, is awesome, helpful, and very understanding to elders! I hope she stays.

Management is really going down hill. After not refilling the waste bags of what their definition for what a "dog park" is, they have now removed the attached garbage can that the residents were supposed to discard the bags into with the waste bags above them. This is the only garbage can outside. When a resident asked the Manager, Tracy, what was going on with not having a garbage can available anymore and what were the Senior's supposed to do to dispose of the bags now, her reply was that her staff just doesn't have the ti... read more

The manager, Kimberly, spends half her time outside smoking. Good luck trying to get her to answer the phone or return calls. Maintenance issues take months to fix. Hallway on 2nd floor always smells like urine. Front doors that are supposed to be locked for security are left propped open half the time. Parking (additional fee) is assigned but half the time someone would park in my spot leaving me with no place to park. There was an older gentleman that would disrobe and wander the halls at night.
