New owner 2023, but continued poor maintenance issues; no longevity and unskilled maintenance individuals, and leasing agents quit. Property manager not held accountable for her lack of qualified responses to issues. Two washing machines out of service for several months; one new washer delivered 3 weeks ago but not installed yet. 4 other washing machines are not enough for 60-70 people who utilize machines. Management is really going down hill. After not refilling the waste bags of what their definition for what a "dog park" is, they have now removed the attached garbage can that the residents were supposed to discard the bags into with the waste bags above them. This is the only garbage can outside. The manager, Kimberly, spends half her time outside smoking. Good luck trying to get her to answer the phone or return calls. Maintenance issues take months to fix. Hallway on 2nd floor always smells like urine. Front doors that are supposed to be locked for security are left propped open half the time. Parking (additional fee) is assigned but half the time someone would park in my spot leaving me with no place to park. There was an older gentleman that would disrobe and wander the halls at night. Poorly managed. Poor customer service, condescending manager and minimum maintenance available for senior tenants. Management on numerous occasions claimed maintenance would be done in a timely manner, but no follow up and no maintenance. Appears not to want to spend money for timely repairs. Rent is raised, but not quality of service or management.

Why are the residents not allowed to sit in the beautiful open space in the front lobby of the building? They come out of their apartments to socialize and are now told they can no longer do that? What kind of rule is imposed that discourages socializing with other residents? This doesn't apply to just Monday-Friday office hours, they are not allowed to at all, at anytime according to the notice that is posted, unless they are waiting for someone to pick them up, waiting for a guest or a delivery. Please change this!
