Very helpful When I moved into my apartment I was completely homeless. They helped me out and got me in in less than a month. Overall it is a very nice place to stay I love it.
Avoid this place if you can. I am in good standing and living at Franklin cove. I'm not a disgruntled evicted tenant. They are under new management in the last year and a half. This is an absolutely horrible place to live now. The current office staff is rude and condescending and passive aggressive at every turn. The maintenance people are not able to fix even the most basic of things. The manager of maintenance is a nice guy but the younger man is unprofessional, incompetent, and argumentative.
