If I could give this place a 0 I would. They make you appointment and you still wait 3+ hours. They put a cap on my son’s tooth and it came off 2 months later. They rush through each service. The nurses come in the rooms while kids are getting services and talk about personal life issues. Don’t let them go back alone. Unfortunately this is the only place in my area that takes my sons insurance And as a result today we left because they did not do the cap correctly in October and now my son’s tooth has an abscess. Dr Vuoung and her assistant Priscila have got to be the greatest team and the best Dental practice I have ever came across, when it comes to dentistry. Your professionalism and your dedication and love make coming to see you a very good experience for my children. They look forward to seeing the both of you. Extremely unprofessional dentists and disorganized staff with extreme lack of communication. Different staff members give different information. The dentists push to have your children sedated if they are "too difficult" and don't even attempt to provide service or professionally explain why they are denying service. First I was told they wouldn't provide treatment because my child had a cough but then refused to to reschedule because he was anxious and crying. I am beyond disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of care at this orthodontist's office. The call center's scheduling errors have caused me to miss work and my child to miss school twice due to appointments not being in their system. My son hasn't been seen since July! His 8-week adjustment, scheduled for September, was canceled last minute due to the orthodontist's 'family emergency,' and rescheduled for November. I can’t say enough good things about Kendra, the hygienist! She’s thorough, personable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend requesting Kendra for your next cleaning.
