The office that I USED to go to in Smyrna is stealing the money my mom paid in FULL almost 5k for the treatment total. I switched orthodontist and never got my retainer with them. My mom went back to get the money and they told her to call a number and she was going back and forth with no response. They eventually told her they’d send a check… never got one. I think instead of looking at reviews on here you should read the google reviews. Franklin Dental will schedule you and then cancel the day before . This is the second time it has happened. They do not care about your time. And when I get the lady name who picked up in the front I will file a complaint. She was rude and hung up before anything could be resolved. If they want to improve they need better staff.
I was told by the office receptionist that my insurance did not cover my children’s routine cleaning, but after speaking to my insurance and Franklin Dentals customer Service, I was told the cleanings were covered just to tell me I would still be billed. Remind you we have never changed insurance and they have been going here for their very first dental visit.
