RecommendedDr. Bourbia is Definetely the best doctor there. Honestly everyone there is super kind and nice, but Dr. Bourbia helped me out so much and he was so caring and understanding during all of my treatments. I wish I could give a 10 star rating for the service I have received. I owe it all to Dr. Bourbia. Its much appreciated. I'm very happy with him and all of my treatments and I hope he never changes. 😁
RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff. I went in with a broken tooth and I was able to get a treatment plan, an estimate, all without judgement or trying to make me do things I didn’t need at the time like other dentist offices I have been too. All this within 30 minutes and with a smile. Thank you Perla and Dr Bourbia. I will be back for all the other stuff too. 😀
The office that I USED to go to in Smyrna is stealing the money my mom paid in FULL almost 5k for the treatment total. I switched orthodontist and never got my retainer with them. My mom went back to get the money and they told her to call a number and she was going back and forth with no response. They eventually told her they’d send a check… never got one. This place is trash and should be shut down immediately, I am sure they are in violation of multiple OSHA violation codes and I am not sure how they are still open. The staff at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. The won’t let patients speak to dentist regarding minor child’s treatment or accompany your child during office visit, which makes sense because they are billing insurance for services they are not rendering. The office staff are literally slow and the communication at the Cobb office is horrible. The manager literally looked at me like she was dumb!
