The service was good. Seen in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was professional. I felt welcomed and safe with Dr. A (she has a unique Nigerian name,) and the hygienist. In spite of me being so nervous for my 1st visit at this dental office. The only reason I didn't give my review five stars is because the bathroom didn't have all necessary and needed toiletries. This dental office operates more like a factory than a healthcare facility. They schedule 16–20 patients per hour, which makes it impossible for the hygienists to spend adequate time with each person. Appointments feel rushed, and you rarely — if ever — get the opportunity to actually speak with the doctor. The management is also a major concern. I had an appointment at 1pm this place had me and my children waiting over 4hrs just to find out over 20+ people who were also waiting also had a 1pm appointment the receptionist and dental assistants was not informative or helpful and laughed in our faces totally disregarding our time and being very disrespectful customer service was non existent. Making the appointment was easy! My daughter was a new patient who did not have a pleasant 1st experience. 8am appt arrived on time to find out 30 mins later that the office is having technical difficulties so it will be a delay. 9am still waiting in the lobby because of technical difficulties. 9:15 she received x-rays, after which they still had her waiting for service that was not going to happen because by this time their office was filling up with other confirmed appointment patients that they quickly turned away with... read more

The furniture is literally falling apart with holes and chunks of cushions missing from the chairs! The entire facility needs organizing, remodeling, sanitizing and furniture replacement. There’s no way a good leader/owner should be comfortable with the condition of this facility and the impression it gives the patients.
