⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Both of my sons recently had dental procedures that required nitrous oxide (laughing gas), and I must say Dr. Muigai and his assistant, Bianca, did a fantastic job. They were patient, kind, and took the time to help my son feel more at ease, which made a big difference during his procedure. The service was good. Seen in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was professional. I felt welcomed and safe with Dr. A (she has a unique Nigerian name,) and the hygienist. In spite of me being so nervous for my 1st visit at this dental office. The only reason I didn't give my review five stars is because the bathroom didn't have all necessary and needed toiletries. If I Can put 0 Stars I Would!! IM Literally here Now With Both My Kids I scheduled them a 10am appt I specifically ask them when I scheduled their appts is it a hold time because I have work and I can schedule after the lady insists that long as you have an appt you should been seen at appt time she even sent me the forms to fill out so I wouldn’t have to worry about that time of appt!! I was completely frustrated after waiting 35 min before being called to be seen. After 2 hrs my daughter was refused to be seen due to her special need (Autism). This practice isn’t equipped to see such said patients. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment a month ago, called several times to confirm that they see Autistic patients & I was assured they did. My experience with this office has been consistently disappointing due to a lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism. To begin, I scheduled an orthodontic consultation for braces a week in advance. However, on the day of my appointment, I was informed that I first needed a dental cleaning before the consultation could even take place.
