My son is now entering his 6th year with braces because his appointments are always being canceled and rescheduled by this office. They never have adequate staffing, and his teeth have started shifting. I will have to bite the bullet and start over with paying another provider, but at least his appointments will be consistent. We will not be returning.
My Kids had a appointments at 9am 12/29/25! The staff was very friendly to me! I was concerned at first from the reviews but none of the womens had a attitude towards me at all! They can get better funiture in waiting room and more plugs in the lobby area
Today, I had one of the best experiences at Franklin dental. A dental hygienists and receptionist took time to talk to me at the end of the day and give me very helpful advice for my daughter who has a lack of calcium and enamel due to a health issue and we continue to get cavities. The hygienist was so open and honest even about her own lack of calcium which a lot of ppl have and don’t even know. I appreciate her openness and transparency it meant a lot. I just couldn’t take it anymore. Me and my children will never step inside this establishment ever again. Everyone from staff to management is unprofessional. They seem bothered and annoyed when patients express their frustrations. Waiting more than an hour to be called is bizarre. And they’re not even apologetic about wasting people’s time. Changing my kids dentist asap. They don’t move with a sense of urgency AT ALL. They are not the nicest either. Appointment was at 8:00 am . They open at 8 am , get there and it’s 18 patients all scheduled for the same 8 am appointment with only 6 chairs! We weren’t checked in until 8:35 am and wasn’t seen until 9:15 am these kids have to go to school right after. Mind you this is only for a cleaning. Unbelievable.
