The staff members are nice. But the wait time for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. This appt we arrived at 2:40p for a appt at 3p. My child wasn't called back until 3:45p just to change the rubber bands on her braces. I had to take off from work to make this appt. Sometimes I feel there is no consideration.
This dental office operates more like a factory than a healthcare facility. They schedule 16–20 patients per hour, which makes it impossible for the hygienists to spend adequate time with each person. Appointments feel rushed, and you rarely — if ever — get the opportunity to actually speak with the doctor. The management is also a major concern. I can’t say enough great things about Office Manager Ms. Ashley! She truly went above and beyond to help me and my nephew. When I had a concern, Ashley took the time to really listen and calmly explain what had happened with previous communication involving the call center. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Before leaving, she made sure everything was sorted out, and my nephew was able to keep his appointment with ease — something that completely turned my day around. My Kids had a appointments at 9am 12/29/25! The staff was very friendly to me! I was concerned at first from the reviews but none of the womens had a attitude towards me at all! They can get better funiture in waiting room and more plugs in the lobby area
My son is now entering his 6th year with braces because his appointments are always being canceled and rescheduled by this office. They never have adequate staffing, and his teeth have started shifting. I will have to bite the bullet and start over with paying another provider, but at least his appointments will be consistent. We will not be returning.
