My experience with frazier law was excellent. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He explained multiple ways to structure business and the respective tax implications for each. I would recommend to anyone that needs advice when determining the best strategy for taxes or for estate planning.
We came to Frazier Law to get an estate plan for my dad after a health scare. The staff is knowledgable and professional. They took the time to explain the things I was unsure of. We appreciate everyone on staff who helped us during this process; Becky, Luke, and Charles were all amazing.
