John was fantastic! Super professional & very pleasant. He arrived promptly & very respectful of my home. Worked very efficiently and described everything in detail along with very important education. Cost of service was very reasonable especially for the high quality of work & parts used.
These guys were wonderful right down from the salesman right through the installation. They made sure that I was safe when they were insulating it and they were also make sure that I was safe when they were putting my water heater in. They told me exactly what I needed was. Fred F. Collis & sons recently installed a bathroom vanity in our home: It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Sara competently evaluated our needs and scheduled the installation, She was easy to work with and very patient. Jerry, the plumber, who did the work, arrived on time, was friendly, and was an expert at his craft. He did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the near future.
