This place shouldn’t even get a star. It says start for one dollar online by renting a storage shed and I paid $70 online and then they want to charge me another $101 for a 10 x 10 storage and you can’t even get a hold of them through their phone number I’ve left multiple messages Asking for my money to be refund today. No response and I have emailed them do not rent from the storage shed.
I would recommend freedom storage to anybody had a wonderful experience plus probably the best price in town.
My only complaint is that they send an email a week before my due date saying my invoice is ready, which would be fine except the system won't allow me to make the payment until the actual due date. And once I had an issue logging in to pay it and had to make the payment over the phone and was charged a ridiculous fee to do so. If you call they don't speak English. If you go there, they're not there. You can't even get in the place. It's " remote managed" which means they're not from here. They don't live here. They don't come here and they don'tcare about you. They won't answer their phones in English. And they're completely unhelpful if anything goes wrong. This place is pretty much worthless. I would not recommend doing business with them.
I have had a unit with this Storage Unit for about 4 years and was very satisfied with their Customer Service.
