This place shouldn’t even get a star. It says start for one dollar online by renting a storage shed and I paid $70 online and then they want to charge me another $101 for a 10 x 10 storage and you can’t even get a hold of them through their phone number I’ve left multiple messages Asking for my money to be refund today. No response and I have emailed them do not rent from the storage shed.

I have had a unit with this Storage Unit for about 4 years and was very satisfied with their Customer Service.

My only complaint is that they send an email a week before my due date saying my invoice is ready, which would be fine except the system won't allow me to make the payment until the actual due date. And once I had an issue logging in to pay it and had to make the payment over the phone and was charged a ridiculous fee to do so. As far as them staying in contact of any changes or if they suspect there has been an issue, even if it's not with my unit they let you know right away and encourage you to come check on your unit. I have worked with this company on two different occasions. The woman who answers the phone is very sweet and always calls back when she says she will. Any problems I have experienced she has always been able to resolve. I recommend this storage place.

I think you guys have a reasonable price but I’ve called seven times as I’m moving out RIGHT NOW and need my access code but no one is answering the phone and I’m getting really stressed out
