I think you guys have a reasonable price but I’ve called seven times as I’m moving out RIGHT NOW and need my access code but no one is answering the phone and I’m getting really stressed out

If you call they don't speak English. If you go there, they're not there. You can't even get in the place. It's " remote managed" which means they're not from here. They don't live here. They don't come here and they don'tcare about you. They won't answer their phones in English. And they're completely unhelpful if anything goes wrong. This place is pretty much worthless. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I have worked with this company on two different occasions. The woman who answers the phone is very sweet and always calls back when she says she will. Any problems I have experienced she has always been able to resolve. I recommend this storage place.

My only complaint is that they send an email a week before my due date saying my invoice is ready, which would be fine except the system won't allow me to make the payment until the actual due date. And once I had an issue logging in to pay it and had to make the payment over the phone and was charged a ridiculous fee to do so. As far as them staying in contact of any changes or if they suspect there has been an issue, even if it's not with my unit they let you know right away and encourage you to come check on your unit.
