I want to share how great Freedom Storage has been for us both prior to the fire and afterwards. Freedom Storage is very reasonable, super secure, with 24/7 operating gates, security cameras and the presence of the owner and staff seemingly at any time. Their communications with billing, new storage opportunities and general news is excellent. Unfortunately we did have property affected by the fire. This facility is very nice, clean, convenient, and secure. The manager is responsive and helpful. We only needed the space for our motorhome for a month, but would feel comfortable leaving it or a boat long term if needed. The location is convenient for Rockwood RV campground on Watts Bar Lake.
Let's just say this guy is the real deal! His prices don't quite beat the new ones by hardess but it's very nice place he has! I ended up saling my car that got crushed and the keys to my cylinder lock was in there and he came down In his personal vechile and got us back in our storage for FREE!! NOT TO MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT! If he wouldn't of did that a lock Smith would been over $100 ,I'll be renting from him again here soon for my camper I'm buying in December!!
Wonderful experience storing my boat at Freedom Storage! Felt very safe/secure and service was top-notch - good rates as well. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing. He works with our banking that wasn't sinking with his and he really went the extra mile. Has always been very friendly and courteous. Extremely understanding
