Rick was referred by a friend so I gave him a call. He came out the same day and fixed my printer problem immediately. Nice guy, great customer service, a real professional. I highly recommend him!
Rick was really great and fix my computer screen. He answered the phone and was prompt with giving us options. After the accidental drop he was able to get a new screen and helped navigating a couple other issues so our computer could perform at max! Thank you! Totally recommend if you have a computer problem to give him a call.
I can't recommend Rick highly enough. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! Where else can you find all that? After dealing with a broken laptop hinge for years, I finally found Rick on Google. He replaced the hinge/laptop lid so quickly, it made me wish I'd found him years sooner! And it's not an easy repair... more like surgery. But with the fix, a cleaning, and new thermal paste, Rick has made my laptop better than new. I wish I'd found him four years ago!
Rick is a very friendly and sweet older gentleman that will fix your computer, in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. He works from his home, so there's no overhead. If he doesn't initially know what the problem is, he'll figure it out, and you will be satisfied and happy with the result. If you are experiencing unidentified issues with your computer, or you know what the issue is, but you don't know how to remedy it, take it to Rick. You won't be sorry!
