Rick is an absolute gem! I was fortunate to find him on Google several years ago. I used another firm prior to Rick, that doesn't even come close to what Rick can do. Rick is awesome! After my computer crashed he personally came to my office picked it up, and worked with me to find the best solutions. Not only that but he offered to help me set up printers, scanners and various other future items of need. I am so happy to have found a one stop shop for my computer tech needs moving forward and now to also have proper back up on my computer.
Rick was referred by a friend so I gave him a call. He came out the same day and fixed my printer problem immediately. Nice guy, great customer service, a real professional. I highly recommend him!
Rick was really great and fix my computer screen. He answered the phone and was prompt with giving us options. After the accidental drop he was able to get a new screen and helped navigating a couple other issues so our computer could perform at max! Thank you! Rick is a very friendly and sweet older gentleman that will fix your computer, in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. He works from his home, so there's no overhead. If he doesn't initially know what the problem is, he'll figure it out, and you will be satisfied and happy with the result. If you are experiencing unidentified issues with your computer, or you know what the issue is, but you don't know how to remedy it, take it to Rick. You won't be sorry!
