Rick is a very friendly and sweet older gentleman that will fix your computer, in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. He works from his home, so there's no overhead. If he doesn't initially know what the problem is, he'll figure it out, and you will be satisfied and happy with the result. If you are experiencing unidentified issues with your computer, or you know what the issue is, but you don't know how to remedy it, take it to Rick. You won't be sorry!

I can't recommend Rick highly enough. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! Where else can you find all that? After dealing with a broken laptop hinge for years, I finally found Rick on Google. He replaced the hinge/laptop lid so quickly, it made me wish I'd found him years sooner! And it's not an easy repair... more like surgery. But with the fix, a cleaning, and new thermal paste, Rick has made my laptop better than new. I wish I'd found him four years ago!
My work laptop would not power up on a Friday night. Since my company doesn't have a local IT help desk, I had to get it fixed before Monday morning. I called Rick at 10:00 Saturday morning and he said I could bring it over in an hour. He spent an hour running his diagnostic checks, explaining everything he was looking at. Rick is awesome! Knowledgeable and super helpful, he went above and beyond to solve my virus problem, set up protections to prevent future recurrence, and just a nice guy as well. Highly recommend !
