Rick blew me away with his aptitude, experience, and proficiency with computers. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my laptop when it was completely non-functioning, replacing the hard drive AND recovering all my data off the broken one, successfully transferring it back onto the new one. I was really prepared to call it all a loss, but he made it better than new! He is very reasonably priced, as well. Thanks to Rick, this huge issue turned into a win/win for me. I called Rick the other day with another problem. I don’t know why Microsoft keeps giving me Trouble, but Rick knows exactly how to help me. The other l day I needed to DocuSign something important and he was running A quick errand and said he’d be here in an hour. It was way less than an hour! Rick is the best! I highly recommend him for any problem you may be having with your system. He has fixed any issue I have ever had. Even after I recently moved to Texas he is able to link into my computer and fix the problem. The repairs are done very quickly and prices are very reasonable.
