Just finished putting together a new PC and when I tried to boot nothing happened. Wasn't sure what I had done but I gave Rick a call and he helped me get it sorted. This is customer service at its finest. I had never used their services before, I called at 05:30 and Rick answered! I was leaving on a trip and had a system crash the night before. I called to leave a message in the hopes of connecting with someone before my flight at 10AM. We were locked out of our laptop because of a hacker. We Google laptop repairs near us and found Rick, what a blessing!! He is kind compassionate and very knowledgeable. Rick has done a fantastic job solving and correcting several tricky and serious issues with my Mac computer and a problem with my internet service. He also took care of a difficult process dealing with a government web site. He is so very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is definitely my person to contact for any of my computer issues. I called Rick with a problem on my laptop. He instructed me over the phone and had it fixed in a couple of minutes. Another place I called wanted $125 to come out and look at it for the first hour. Thank you Rick for a quick and easy solution that cost nothing.
