I've had the best luck at French Novelty! I went there to get a prom dress and fell in LOVE with the one I chose. The employees were very helpful, as I was able to try on so many different dresses and they were so patient and gave great and honest advice! The owner also was there at the time and even put in his two cents about my dress! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!
I came into the store with nothing in mind and left with the most beautiful Mori Lee dress ever! I cannot thank the staff at French Novelty enough and was very pleased with my purchase. It was a very informal outdoor wedding and they had the perfect dress for me in stock! I would recommend French Novelty to anyone hunting for destination bridal, bridesmaids, or formal dresses.
Last January, my best friend married the love of her life! I (and 3 others) stood next to her in the most beautiful dresses EVER! I could not imagine a better dress shopping experience. The prices were better than any other in town, the service was unbelievable. They helped us find the right color, right fit for all 4 of us, and right brand! Rude customer service. As a paying customer I am entitled to my opinion, and guess what that particular dress looked cheap.I will not apologize for that. I was in love with a differnt dress but, I refuse to give my money to these rude people.
I don't recommend this shop at all . I order from there website 2 weeks ago & I order from there in stock section so I can get my dress quicker . I get a email saying it is confirmed & I will get it before my wear date THEY WAIT TWO WEEKS TO TELL ME THEY CANT DO MY ORDER. My event is in 2 weeks now and they seriously let me down and I probley won't have a dress for my prom. So thanks French novelty���� ...... NOT
