This is the worst franchise I have ever personally dealt with, I have had my car worked on 7 times in the past 6 months and they have not fixed the rattling in my heads up display! I called corporate and spoke to a “fixing director” he treated me as if I was lying he was blatantly disrespectful to me, and it confused me because why would anyone want there high end vehicle in the shop for a total of 3-4 months while battling to get a loaner car.
