Let me tell you, buying a car has never been easier. I had fell in love with a car and had thought it was at the lot. Unfortunately it was in West Virginia. Justin Rigsby went above and beyond! He had the car transported from West Virginia so I could test drive it. He even showed me some newer models before to make sure it is what I wanted. This is the worst franchise I have ever personally dealt with, I have had my car worked on 7 times in the past 6 months and they have not fixed the rattling in my heads up display! I called corporate and spoke to a “fixing director” he treated me as if I was lying he was blatantly disrespectful to me, and it confused me because why would anyone want there high end vehicle in the shop for a total of 3-4 months while battling to get a loaner car. Rich K over at Friendship Jeep in TN was AWESOME!!! I have worked with the same dealership here in Charlotte for over 14 years. With that much loyalty and over 5 vehicles purchased, you would think they would have bent over backwards to help me find a vehicle for my 16 year old son.
