Claudia was at the front desk and was so kind and patient with me. I received immediate care. The nurses, Brenda and Patricia, were so thorough and even explained about how long I would be there. The CT tech was so comforting and knowledgeable I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out! He was awesome. Went in for severe headache issue. They were on top of everything meeting all my needs to include extra blankets when I was freezing and keeping the lights off and sound down as much as possible. Since I had driven myself in when I needed a driver, they didn’t just leave me in the lobby, they allowed me to stay in my room till my husband arrived. Very caring environment and will go back if needed.
Great and fast service. Everyone was very nice and I was in a room in less than 10 minutes. Loved that they were able to do a CT on site. Only needed my insurance card and wasn’t charged a copay. Would definitely come here again!
I truly could not have had a better experience! The team is incredible. The facility is impeccable. My experience here has single-handedly redefined my perception of ER care. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
