Five stars all the way. We decided to upgrade to a high-efficiency air conditioner this summer to save on our electric bill. Frontline Heating gave us a few different options to choose from. They did not pressure us into the most expensive one either. The crew arrived at 8 am and they were finished by the afternoon. The new unit is so quiet I can barely hear it running.

WONDERFUL!!! These young men came out quickly, told me what was needed gave me an affordable price and within 24 hours, BAM...they fixed my existing furnace to provide my family with more heat in my huge 12 foot ceiling old home than we've ever had in the 20 plus years we've live here. They were neat, very clean and extremely professionals with a vast amount of knowledge who answered all of my questions and concerns. I was honestly terrified when our furnace died at 3 AM because we just brought our newborn home from the hospital two days ago. The house got down to 55 degrees so fast, and I could not get the pilot light to stay on, no matter what I tried. I called Frontline Heating, and they actually picked up the phone. robert was at my door in less than an hour. He was so quiet and respectful while the baby was sleeping. Realizing that you need a new a/c unit is stressful. My old unit served me well, lasting 20 years, but I'm happy that the company I used for this investment/purchase was Frontline. I couldn't be more pleased with Frontline, from the initial assessment visit to the second visit which involved installing my new a/c unit.
