We had an HVAC inspection before buying our house. The inspector checked every vent and looked at the ducts. He explained which parts were old but still working fine. It made us feel better about our purchase. He was friendly and easy to understand, not too technical like others.

Realizing that you need a new a/c unit is stressful. My old unit served me well, lasting 20 years, but I'm happy that the company I used for this investment/purchase was Frontline.
