I went to see Emily to establish care with her and Dr. Shepler. Everyone in the office was very friendly and efficient. Emily took her time to get to know me not just my chart. We went through all of my history, which is extensive and complicated. I am now confident that when I call in with an issue, it will be addressed right away. Emily was very friendly and easy to talk with. I enjoy going to a doctor‘s office that has a more family atmosphere instead of stuffy and antiseptic one.
Emily is amazing! She takes all the time that is needed to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I was previously with Dr Shepler’s practice before I moved out of state for a few years. When I moved back his practice was the one I looked for. Since I’ve been back I have a new provider but the same awesome treatment.
She was very helpful with listening to my problems and taking care of them immediately. She set everything up for me and made it simple for me to follow through with my future appointments. I would highly recommend her as a kind, caring, concise doctor for everyone.
Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was professional but still personable! It was a great experience.
