Fulkerson sends you a message and a phone call is made before heading out to the appointment which I believe is convenient. Zander was professional and kind during his appointment. Estimate was given for toilet replacement. The dispatch fee is $100 but Zander let me know about the membership and dispatch fee discount that comes with the membership. Andrew came out to our home in Arabela. He did a fantastic job of getting our heat back on. He came back out a couple of days later to install a new thermostat and made sure our system was good to go! He had a great attitude and was very friendly. Would highly recommend!!!
My water heater had a leak. I called Fulkerson to ask about a visit. I asked if my warranty was still good and was told she would check. She scheduled the appointment and the plumber came out early. I was quoted a high price and told my water heater warranty had expired. The plumber told me there would be a fee of $100+ if I didn't accept the quote which I did not. I would have checked around for other quotes prior to their visit had I been told my warranty had expired and not paid the $100+ fee. Very disappointed since I h... read more
If I could give more than 5 stars for hot water replacement I would! Juan was was awesome. He and his co-worker were great. They were thorough and got the job done fast and efficiently. The service provided might be spendy but worth every penny!
Frankie from Fulkerson Plumbing came out to uninstall our dishwasher that had to be returned to Samsung. Once the replacement dishwasher was delivered, he returned to install it. Frankie was the best. He was efficient and pleasant. He definitely represented the type of service we have come to expect from Fulkerson’s Plumbing.
