Fulkerson sends you a message and a phone call is made before heading out to the appointment which I believe is convenient. Zander was professional and kind during his appointment. Estimate was given for toilet replacement. The dispatch fee is $100 but Zander let me know about the membership and dispatch fee discount that comes with the membership. Andrew came out to our home in Arabela. He did a fantastic job of getting our heat back on. He came back out a couple of days later to install a new thermostat and made sure our system was good to go! He had a great attitude and was very friendly. Would highly recommend!!!
My father had started using Fulkenson the year they started the business. Still using them to this day! They are honest and explain what is going on! Will keep using Fulkerson for years ro come! Re-locating the pipes for washer was a fantastic experience! Trace worked out the location to the main sewer line. Thank all of you who worked on the situation!
To be clear I like Fulkersons, I like doing local business but we had a tech out this last week for the yearly maintenance service on an Airbnb I own. My mother manages it, I was unable to meet the tech but the tech told her he checked both HVAC systems on the home with pressure gauges, spent over a half hour upstairs changing the filter on a mini split she asked to see the gauges since he didn’t come in the house or on the property with anything more than a screwdriver.
