We were struggling to get a hot water tank and installation at a affordable price. I came across furnace Family ad and contacted Ayshlee via chat and she helped me get into a affordable payment plan. They seem they care about their customer. Kevin the technician that came to house was friendly and very helpful with my furnace. Ivan J. We recently had a new furnace, garage heater, electrical panels upgraded and hot water tank relocated.All work had been completed prior to going into the recent deep freeze. The work was done on Budget and on Schedule by a very professional group of people. Fantastic service from start to finish. Great staff that answer the phones and provide information to the great service people who come and do the work. My most recent service call was for a new hot water tank and Kevin and Matt were incredible. Professional and considerate! Furnace Family will always be my first call for HVAC questions.

The work was completed professionally and efficiently by Chris who completed the original estimate to Tyler and Jordan who did the installation. We purchased a new home in May this year, it has two furnaces which were toast. After calling a couple of furnace companies, I decided to go with Family Furnace because I was really impressed with their Sales agent Dave. Straight shooting, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional is how I would describe Dave. Fabulous company!! Came and quoted on a hot water tank and AC unit. Hot water tanks was leaking and Jamie arranged for a new one to be installed the next day. Kevin my installer was very thorough in explaining what would be done and how and once the install was completed made sure everything was left neat and tidy and went over the workings of the new tank. Will be recommending to my friends!

Ron and Matt installed our furnace and air conditioner on September 25th and 26th. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have in our home. Ron found a leak coming from of one our toilets and suggested I contact Furnace Family to check it out . Kevin came this morning and installed a new seal. The gas valve on our water heater was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. Kevin Polgar from Furnace Family attended and quickly confirmed the issue. He had to leave to pick up a new part but had the work completed very quickly and did an excellent clean up job when he was finished. Thanks for the great work Kevin. We have been customers of Furnace Family in the past and will certainly use them again if the need arises.
