Very knowledgeable staff member serviced our several years old high efficiency ****** furnace and ****** AC. Staff member was courteous, efficient, and explained the items that needed attention proficiently.

What a great experience...I called during the pandemic April 2020 and needed a furnace filter. I was treated 1st class as the filter was purchased on the phone and it was delivered free of charge the receptionist going out of her way. Wow I am now a costumer for life.

We had a leak with our hot water tank. I phoned the Furnace Family on Monday at 9 am and by 4:15 that day a new water tank was installed . ?the crew of Charles and Jay came in, removed the old water tank and within an hour we had the new one installed. they answered all of our questions. they were polite and cleaned up before they left. Richard delivered the hot water tank early in the afternoon as we were told her would. Christine who coordinated all of this wads polite and courteous.
