Had a problem with the furnace on the weekend and called the emergency number. After providing the error code, it was suggested that I needed a new motor control. The tech on call said that it would be less expensive to wait for a service call on Monday AM and I agreed as I had already initiated a service call. On Monday, Chris called to advise he would be here by 8:30 AM. He arrived at the time stated, had the needed part and completed the repair in under an hour. Chris B came to do our annual Fall checkup last week. As usual, he was on time and thorough in reviewing both our furnace and AC unit. Chris also adjusted our thermostat as it had developed a minor problem recently. Chris made sure we knew what he had done and the results, so we are set for the winter. I frequently recommend Furnace Family to friends who have a need for furnace or AC work.

Had an issue with our A/C this summer, called and got Tyler, he fixed it and went above and beyond,so appreciated as we were in a hot spell! Next up so pleased Furnace Family has expanded and offers plumbing and electricians! Garburator went, and along came Kevin, on time, neat and tidy , replaced the unit in a timely and efficient manner, would not use any other company in the city! Thanks Furnace Family!

Timely service on a warranty visit to replace a furnace control board. Chris spent almost 3 hours on the control board replacement, and only charged me one and half hour labor due to half of the time being trips to get the correct parts. Very disappointed on the quality of the universal furnace control board that Furnace Family chose to use, but I guess it wasn't Furnace Family's fault (I hope it was just my luck to get a lemon).

As first time homeowners, there are lots of little things to look at with regards to our furnace, A/C, and plumbing. Chris B was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, took the time to walk us through the systems and hardware. We've already booked some follow-up work with them. Recently had a new furnace installed as well as an air conditioner. Richard and Yanick were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, professional and hard working. They went out of their way to explain what the were doing and why and answered every question we had. They even fixed a small cosmetic eyesore left behind by a previous furnace cleaning company.
