Just purchased my third couch from Furniture in the Pines. I have an Airbnb home and this is always my go to place!! They are always so friendly, professional, and have the best prices. They give me same aid delivery, Which is a HUGE Help for my short weekend visits here. Rick is always amazing, and Karen is so great to work with. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place for any furniture!
Furniture in the Pines is truly a nugget hidden in the midst of the small town of Southern Pines. Rick and Karen were phenomenal in helping us furnish our new home. They are very knowledgeable about design, quality and comfort. I haven’t found very many places in my lifetime that could even compare to the service we received from these guys. I highly recommend this store! We drove all over Fayetteville looking at furniture and couldn't find anything we liked - furniture was cheaply made, salespeople only made eye contact with my husband and not me (total pet peeve of mine). We decided to go here on a whim and couldn't be more pleased. The furniture was beautiful and well made, and the salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly, and made appropriate eye contact. Lol. You won't be disappointed.
Walking in I recognized the quality was exceptional! The personnel was laid back and warm. We enjoyed sharing ideas and the designer helped immensely. It was quick and easy because I bought the next day and did everything by text. Communication was always quick and direct throughout this the pickup. We had to make our own arrangements for pickup. U-Haul, one way, was reasonable, but I would have paid for delivery because our Flex-steel loveseats were too heavy. I would highly recommend Furniture in the Pines!
