We purchased a new Freightliner from our local dealer. The unit we purchased had some mechanical problems. Our first call was to our sales representative who took time to listen to the complaints. Later that day we received a call from the shop manager and we discussed the problems. Three days later the truck was in the shop trying to solve the problems.
