We purchased a new Freightliner from our local dealer. The unit we purchased had some mechanical problems. Our first call was to our sales representative who took time to listen to the complaints. Later that day we received a call from the shop manager and we discussed the problems. Three days later the truck was in the shop trying to solve the problems. If our company brings in a new Freightliner truck for service & Fyda is the only Freightliner dealer in Cincinnati, it is frustrating that Fyda does not work on Allison transmissions. So now we have two locations to take the truck for service, again it is frustrating

While we do realize it is an inconvenience, it is not uncommon for Dealers to carry varying certifications, and unfortunately, we are not able to obtain the Allison certifications/licenses.
