Brought my car in to check for rodent damage, and the staff here was fantastic. It ended up being two visits (with insurance involved) and they offered a flexible schedule, professionalism and great support. Just picked my car up after the final inspection and pleasantly surprised to find they cleaned and detailed it too! Above and beyond my expectations. Extra shout out to Jeronimo for the help.
My car needed body work after an accident. They quoted a price, told me that it would take 2 or 3 days. I actually got my car in a day and a half. It looks great. The staff was great. They were kind and considerate.
G&C Auto Body in Oakland provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was impeccable. Every staff member was welcoming and professional. Manolo DeLeon, in particular, was exceptional. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain every detail of the repair process. My vehicle was completed within the timeframe promised, and the entire experience was seamless. I highly recommend G&C Auto Body and would gladly use their services again.
I had a problem with a falling mud flap because the fender was out of alignment. I took it to Honda and they said they couldn't fix it. While driving to the auto body shop they recommended, I saw G&C and decided to ask them. The mechanic there said they would look at it and let me know. Probably one of the most honest people & garage I ever seen. The superior the front desk everyone in this facility works together to serve the customer. Their words are punctual, hard to believe there’s such thing HONEST NO BS work shops who will tell you exactly what the problem is and fix it on the given time frame. The work on my car is amazing. Keep up the great work.
