Customer service was great, however the quality of auto body repair job performed was not all that great. There was over spray in a couple of places, blue tape left in different areas of the car. When driving sound like sand in the frame of the car, I will have to get a full detail.
I highly recommend G&C to anyone in need of repairs. Scott’s exceptional customer service and communication kept me informed throughout the process. He worked closely with me to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Francisco and his team were highly professional and did a fantastic job repairing my truck. I especially liked the use of "Nexsyis" for document signing during the process. Francisco under promised and over delivered! I recommend his shop!
I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that needs auto body work. The service, quality, fast turn around, friendly staff, and attention to detail are above and beyond what other places offer. A big shout out to Francisco who went out of his way and helped me settle my claim and to the mechanics who gratuitously reapplied my broken bumper, that I kept on the side of my house from previous damage to my car… just out of exceptional service and kindness which was not part of the damage I took it into the shop for. I’ve taken one of my cars twice to G & C and both times I’ve been very pleased with their prompt and professional job. Both times, Francisco and Manolo provided excellent customer service!
