I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that needs auto body work. The service, quality, fast turn around, friendly staff, and attention to detail are above and beyond what other places offer. A big shout out to Francisco who went out of his way and helped me settle my claim and to the mechanics who gratuitously reapplied my broken bumper, that I kept on the side of my house from previous damage to my car… just out of exceptional service and kindness which was not part of the damage I took it into the shop for. Francisco and his team were highly professional and did a fantastic job repairing my truck. I especially liked the use of "Nexsyis" for document signing during the process. Francisco under promised and over delivered! I recommend his shop!
The first time I picked up my Audi the back bumper wasn’t placed correctly, the suspension was off and the paint was dripping. if I wouldn’t have taken the time to look at the car they would have never let me know. Also since It was the end of the month they wanted to get all of the cars out of the shop to meet a quota which led to such a rushed and messy job. I’ve taken one of my cars twice to G & C and both times I’ve been very pleased with their prompt and professional job. Both times, Francisco and Manolo provided excellent customer service!
Came here for some light scraping to my paint, and they did a fantastic job! My car looks brand new!! They kept me informed through the entire process with daily updates, and were so kind and helpful. Will definitely use them the next time something happens to my car
