Great service! Folks at the desk and in the shop are helpful and informative. They went above and beyond and sorted billing out directly with my insurance. While optimistic in their initial timeline, they were transparent on supplier issues that slightly delayed repairs. It only ended up taking an additional work day, which is hardly a delay when it comes to body work. Though my insurance covered it, I would choose them even if it didn’t. Took my car in to get my bumper fixed after I got rear-ended. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. They not only fixed the bumper but cleaned my car completely, even removing some stubborn redwood sap stains! Amazing, above and beyond!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a collision repair shop. They were very friendly and responsive and were able to fix the damage to my car quickly with no issues. Very accommodating and professional. Thank you!
