The title of this review is "like it never happened." The driver of another vehicle accidentally backed her car into my car. My insurance company allowed me to choose my own repair shop. I asked my auto dealership for a recommendation and they sent me to G&C. The damage was repaired in a matter of days with top quality repairs so good that it looked like the damage "never happened." Well I have happily say… after a HORRIBLE hit and run at Trader Joe’s. GEICO referred to G&C in Pleasanton. Wonderful staff and transparency with Enterprise and GEICO throughout the process. Photos attached of before and after and Thank you to all G&C folks for a job well done!
My experience at G&C Auto Repair was exceptional. Every member of their staff was polite, friendly, efficient, helpful, and thorough. The lobby area is welcoming with fresh coffee and water and a positive environment—you could tell it’s a good work culture. I had great experance at G & C Auto Body. Eric and his staff did an excellent job on my Lexus bumper and hood. The Service was quick and good. They even washed my car for me. Thank you again.
They did their best to complete my vehicle on time. They kept us informed about all developments and updates. Additionally, the lady who handled our check-in and check-out at the entrance was very warm and helpful. I would like to extend my thanks to the entire team.
