I was rear ended at a very slow speed, and while no one was hurt at all, the damage to my car (and especially his) was more than expected - because I know nothing about cars. At first the guy wanted to pay without going through insurance and I went around and got five different quotes from multiple places in RP & Cotati. They did a fair job. Waited a long time for parts which isnt their fault but maybe rushed the work since waited so long? Not sure. I did have an assessor come out since im filing a diminished value claim and he's the one that pointed out a lot of the faults so cuz I'm not the expert but he explained yeah they could have did this or this or this is a little off so he saw things I didn't see so I have to give the correct amount of stars as being a fair job
G&C Auto body in Rohnert park CA James foster answered all my questions I had and made sure I was 💯 satisfied on my repairs I got done on my car and keep me updated on the way they did such a wonderful job my car looks brand new again I give them a 10/10
