I was rear ended at a very slow speed, and while no one was hurt at all, the damage to my car (and especially his) was more than expected - because I know nothing about cars. At first the guy wanted to pay without going through insurance and I went around and got five different quotes from multiple places in RP & Cotati. James was the one who helped me with everything and he was fantastic! He made everything super easy and stress free. He communicated with me through every step of the way and made sure it was really easy for me to get a rental car. 10 out of 10
Super friendly staff. Very professional. Stayed in contact with me on every phase. Although I only had one section of my truck to be repaired, my whole truck looked better when I got it back. They did a great job with the bodywork and giving the truck a nice car wash. The prices were very reasonable, And the bodywork was Superior.
