The front end of my older car was crumpled in an accident. Customer service was excellent—very professional. The damage assessment by the shop was very close to the insurance company estimate. The paint and parts fit are really nice and the paint is perfectly matched. I could not have had a better experience. Highly recommended!
I had my front bumper repaired after hitting an animal on the highway, and overall the service was top notch. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to quality work. There was a short delay in the repair timeline due to one incorrect part being sent by the manufacturer. G & C Auto Body is very impressive. The communication, preparation and coordination were above my expectations. I was informed of the progress of my vehicle every day or so. I took my car in on a Monday morning after my estimation of repairs the week before and had my vehicle in my possession Thursday afternoon. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up.
