I am very happy with my experience here. The whole process was very easy, and very quick. My car was back to me within two days and even delivered to my house which was so nice and convenient for my work schedule. When I got my car back it looked better than it was before it got into the accident.
James and G&C were wonderful. All repairs were completed in a timely manner. They even fixed an imperfection after the repair, with out hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done quickly. They worked smoothly with my insurance company.
Recently took my Honda to be worked on at this location. The manager AJ was informative, attentive, he personally went over the car before and after with me. They were flexible with waiting to work on my car until the parts arrived. They returned my rental for me. They truly went above and beyond with my vehicle. Great team with good communication and prompt service. We used G&C in Benicia for a bumper repair and paint job after one of our cars was rear-ended. We were able to get in quickly, they ordered the part, and within two business days of the accident, G&C had replaced the bumper and did a great job color-matching. We would definitely go back.
