Worst experience I’ve had with an auto body shop. I have used this company In the past on a low budget car repair( seems that’s all they can do) and when my new GMC truck was damaged I brought it to them. This is now my 4th time bringing the truck back for very poor work done. The cut corners and did not do a complete job. My factory wheels are still scratched after two trips back to them. My name is Delia Bowen, and I highly recommend G & C in Sebastopol! I got into a car accident and they did a fantastic job repairing it. I'm a single mom with 2 kids and they went above and beyond making a difficult situation, easier to deal with. The general manager Mariecella even picked up my rental and dropped off my van. She was so patient and understanding! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
The repair of my car was done perfectly and completed on time as promised. I was updated frequently during the repair process and happily surprised to find my car cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Daniel and Todd were thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. Great job, G & C!
The shop was fast and reasonable, very well organized and the customer service was top notch. I was amazed at the speed and quality of work, and my car was returned to me clean! I will definitely spread the word when people ask me for referrals and will return when I need help again. Thank you!
