Everyone working here is so nice. I took my car after a collision and they kept me well informed, via text or phone. My car looked brand new when it was done and I was very pleased. There was one little thing that needed attention and all were extremely helpful, going beyond my expectations. The location is super convenient and easy to get to. Thanks G&C!
The guys at G&C Sebastopol are nothing short of great. Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in a really long time. They helped with every step of getting my car repaired: estimate, working with the insurance, coordinating with the car rental agency. They were great at communicating about the process and timing of my repair. And when it was complete my car looked like new! I highly recommend them. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Thanks guys!!!
Great communication. I felt really taken care of. They had my car for a month from an accident and the entire time they were attentive to me. They explained not only what was happening with them, but helped me understand the insurance and rental car process. Stellar customer care!
A great experience this far. They will be doing the collision repair too. Luis was excellent in explaining what has to be done. I recommend this body shop for it's professionalism, great care to my needs and the excellent work done on my car.
If I could give more stars, I would! Everyone I worked with to get my very damaged vehicle repair done was courteous, communicative and professional. Paul was my contact person for most of the repair and he made sure I was always informed of the progress. With broken glass on the inside of the vehicle, he made sure to take the extra time to properly blow the vents & vacuum. The body paint matches perfectly.
