Came to G&C at this location for an estimate for my 2024 Toyota Corolla on Monday. Paul was very kind, patient and knowledgeable .He looked at the damages from a big branch of tree fell on my car and gave me the print out of the estimate. Went over with me of what were going to be fix in details and the car rental. I called back on Tuesday morning. He had everything ready for me regarding to my AAA insurance. Everyone working here is so nice. I took my car after a collision and they kept me well informed, via text or phone. My car looked brand new when it was done and I was very pleased. There was one little thing that needed attention and all were extremely helpful, going beyond my expectations. The location is super convenient and easy to get to. Thanks G&C!
The guys at G&C Sebastopol are nothing short of great. Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in a really long time. They helped with every step of getting my car repaired: estimate, working with the insurance, coordinating with the car rental agency. They were great at communicating about the process and timing of my repair. And when it was complete my car looked like new! I highly recommend them. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Thanks guys!!!
Great communication. I felt really taken care of. They had my car for a month from an accident and the entire time they were attentive to me. They explained not only what was happening with them, but helped me understand the insurance and rental car process. Stellar customer care!
