The folks at G & C Auto Body treated me with such kindness Luis and Daniel and the rest of the team were very professional. They gave me an honest and fair estimate, and when I wasn’t able to afford the fix, they stored my car until it could be towed. They are fair and well adept at their work. I observed their shop to be pristine and their craftsmanship was astounding.
I was pretty amazed at the service and attention I received with everyone I had contact with at G&C Auto Body in Sebastopol, as well as how quickly I got my car back. My daughter had taken her car to their shop in Windsor a few years ago and said the same. I would recommend G&C to anyone needing damage repairs on their car. Note: they do not take cash nor accept checks, debit cards are preferred. (A fee is added for credit card payments.)
Recently the delivery car from work was in an accident. I chose G & C because we like to go local. I'm so glad we did. The team there is super friendly and kind. They consistently went above and beyond. Offered to pick our car and hold it while we figured out our insurance. Their communication was great and always kept me informed. I dropped off my work truck for repairs on Monday and needed it back by Friday for a big job the next week and they made it happen! Even when it looked like I might have to get a rental, they went the extra mile and worked overtime to get the last piece that was backordered. Amazing service!
