RecommendedI recently moved to Athens from Salt Lake City and I chose Shoal Creek for location and convenience. The staff and doctors here are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and kind. I have 2 bulldogs- one English and one French and they understand the nuances of each dog and their needs medically. I highly recommend them as they have gone above and beyond to help me with the care of my dogs.

RecommendedMy cat is a cantankerous one, with a ton of health issues. In the past, he has had to be sedated to be examined and treated, which is risky with his heart defect. Not the case at Shoal Creek. Dr Elder and his staff are gentle and experts at handling him with no sedation and have taken great care of him!
RecommendedExtremely prosfessional and very kind. My old lady cat Ms.Peaches was very ill with a UTI and they let me me bring her in even though they were busy and it was close to closing time. She's eating and running around again and all I can do is sincerely say thank you.
Dr. Elder recently operated on my pit bull and had three tumors removed for her in one day after he'd gone through all the effort to present me with my options, made sure I had all the diagnostics first and that I had the best plan for her. Him and his whole staff are empathic and personable, they will either call us to check on her or answer all our concerns patiently. My dog feels comfortable whenever she's there and I know in confidence she's very well taken care of. Great place to take your pet. �
