Went in thinking I needed a root canal. They spent a great amount of time doing X-rays and other diagnostics and determined everything was fine. Many doctors would take advantage of the situation and proceed, but they were focused on my best interest. They also said they were available in an emergency situation, in the event something changed. That’s true patient care! He’s my guy going forward!
Had bad experiences most if my life with dentist, especially one years back that lead me to have to have this procedure in the first place, so I was very nervous and hesitant to do this procedure. Well they finally proved me wrong. I had such a great experience. From beginning to end I was very pleased. Minimal pain, excellent work. So glad they reffered me to Jason. From the moment I stepped off the elevator to go into this office I knew I was in great hands! The woman at the front desk had a smile on her face and was so welcoming. Dr. Ames was amazing! He explained my options and made sure I understood the options in full. I would highly recommend this office and will use for any and all future Endodontics needs!
