Gainsco insurance is the most unprofessional and low class company. This company charged and canceled my account while I was on military leave. They will not honor my leave orders, and now I have to go through the trouble of filing a claim and reporting the insurance company. Even Penndot recommended I report Gainsco. Do not get a policy with them.
Was hit by one of their insured drivers and haven’t heard from GAINSCO in about 2 weeks now. They estimated damage at half of what it actually was and will not answer any phone calls regarding my questions. They also tried to coerce me into finding a different shop to fix my car and told me I don’t technically have the right to choose my body shop.

Only had for a few weeks cause of terrible customer service /very hard to get a hold of someone. Steer clear of gainsco and find a different insurance company.
