very good customer service . Had them fix a water leak in my fireplace. Fast efficient
Gave a $1000 deposit 2 months ago. Now they won't return phone calls or messages. They repeated don't show up or call on promised dates. Nobody in the store knows anything because only the owner determines what's going on, and he can't be reached until whenever he comes into the store. Do not give these guys any money. Do not trust them to show up when promised. Do not trust them to give you a straight answer. Great staff, great products, professional, timely, and quick work. They did an outstanding job retrofitting my old wood burning fireplace to a no-maintenance electric fireplace! I would definitely call on them again and have no reservations about recommending to friends and family.
Greg and his team installed a Morso stove through an old chimney, He and his team were great problem solvers and took pride in their work. They were exceptional in every way.
Just had my new gas insert installed and it looks beautiful. We did the tile work ourselves but they were able to install the insert in about 90 minutes. Very easy process and everyone was super professional through sales to install. Prices were transparent and right where I expected. Very satisfied customer here
