After dental school John worked as an associate general dentist at Indian River Family Dentistry where he practiced for one year. In 1997, John attended The University of Michigan where he completed an Endodontics Residency in 1999.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was referred here by my primary dentist and I can’t thank her enough for it. I am a person with fairly severe dental anxiety and I have never felt more at ease during a more in-depth procedure than at this facility. Dr. Galsterer is truly great at what he does and I am grateful he was the one to help me. All of his staff were very pleasant and kind as well.
It was my first visit to Dr. Galsterer to have my infection under my crown cleaned. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. Dr. explained everything that would take place and what the procedure would me. He was compassionate and kind. I would recommend Dr. Galsterer if you need a endodontics.
I know root canals can get a bad rap, but the experience i had last week here was phenomenal! Better than cavities i have had before - John was phenomenal and his staff was super friendly. If you need work done do not hesitate to reach out them, they are fantastic and he is very kind!
I'll be the first to admit I never leave reviews, but this office deserves a 10/5 stars. First time ever having a root canal done and I'm extremely grateful I took the hour drive to have it done here. Dr. John is very comforting and keeps you updated every single step of the way. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! They let you know a good estimated cost before your procedure so you're not taken by surprise. I would definitely recommend this office!
The office runs like a well oiled machine. I have had 3 procedures done here and each time was quick and painless. Dr. Galsterer is very kind and respectful. He makes sure that you are numb before the numbing shot. I drive an hour to come here.
