I won 2 buyer giveaways on Whatnot, each for a Yu-gi-oh Chaos Origins Booster Box. They had discussed LIVE on stream, that because I had won, they would only send me a pack instead of a box. I felt very discriminated against as others that also won a giveaway were sent the actual booster box.
First, let me say that we had an unfortunate occurrence last year with an order I purchased. It was vehemently resolved afterwards. Place doesn’t even open on time and only opened for business to the public 3 days a week. Prices are also very overpriced priced even higher than the city like Montasy and Legacy. The one piece starter decks were going for $50 which were only $40 in the city. Well luckily for me the one overpriced product I brought at least came with a good hit!
Several players had a negative experience here at a tournament last month. Despite the store being repeatedly contacted and made aware by multiple people of how to resolve the issue, they still have neglected to do so after more than a month. They have been unresponsive to many outreach attempts. And the people I have spoken to have essentially lied to me, claiming they would take specific steps to resolve it, then not taking those steps. Very poor experience. I pre-ordered an Ultra-rare full art Dragoon on March 30th. Set released on April 9th. It is now one week later, April 17th, and according to your tracking on the order, USPS is still awaiting the card. Really feel like it shouldn't take this long for the card. Don't list that you can sell the card if you don't have it yet.
