Ordered Maze of Muertos cards that were supposed to be shipped on the 20th, they weren't shipped until the 25th and still aren't here. Tried multiple methods of contact but they don't seem to be a store that's attentive to customers. I guess I didn't spend enough money for customer service. Safe to say this will be my last time ordering and hopefully my cards will turn up eventually.
Awesome place to get pokemon TCG product. Ryan was very helpful and patient in helping me sell my cards! Definitely check it out if you are in the LIC area. Will be back again!
This is my go-to card shop in NYC! I frequently visit for the Yu-Gi-Oh! local tournaments and premiere events, and I also stop by every now and then for Pokémon cards. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions I have. Highly recommend for both casual players and collectors alike!
A company that has terrible business practices online. I had just downloaded the Whatnot app for the first time and was wanting to try out the auction. When I swiped it placed a bid with no type of confirmation and of course I won it when I didn’t have the intention to yet. I submitted a request to cancel within minutes and they rejected the cancellation citing they have a no refund policy which I did not agree to before swiping on the auction to ‘purchase’ forcing me to buy something I do not want. Good place to play Pokemon tournaments! A ton of inventory as well. The judges and workers here are every nice and helpful. They also have Yugioh and Lorcana stuff as well.
