Carlos was a great salesman. He went out of his way and picked me and my family up and brought us to the car lot where he then worked his magic and let me tell you i’ve been denied at seven different car lots that were smaller than this one and somehow Carlos worked his magic and got me into a vehicle. I had a great experiencing working with Carlos. He provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me. He made sure the payment was within my budget. He advocated on my behalf and explained my situation to his finance team. He expressed empathy, compassion and understanding.... CARLOS YOU CAME IN CLUTCH IN MY TIME OF NEED!!! There should be more people like you in this world! Thank you from the bottom of my Heart! You deserve a raise and a huge BONUS!!!

Didn’t end up buying the car. Carlos was helping me & my mom. My mom ended up canceling right at the end. I will say Carlos was not pushy, he was patient, helpful, he stayed TWICE well after they closed. On Saturday night they closed at 8pm & he stayed till 11pm trying to get our deal done. My mom decided that the cost was too much & canceled. I can’t say enough about Carlos & how helpful he was. I’m sorry we couldn’t get the deal done but this place is a solid place, they tried to help us get into the truck we chose. Ask fo... read more
