The epoxy coating lasted only 4 years and started coming up in multiple places. Repeated calls to get it repaired have been ignored. The one time I managed to get an appointment they called the day before and canceled due to an issue with their truck. Since then I've called every week and been told that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for that call.
