Ridiculous lack of professionalism allowing a window A/C unit to stay in place as a failed “Substitute” replacement as the broken Main compressor for over four months — never initiating a phone call but waiting for my wife or myself to call to check on any updates - changing times for an A/C main Unit Repair with less than 15 minutes Notice and having 3 different A/C Companies out to delay ever repairing or replacing A/C from March to June. My husband and I ❤️ living here at The Gardens of Mabank for the past 5-1/2 years. It's our sanctuary with the peacefulness and quiet we enjoy 24/7! We're very proud to reside here. Laci, our property manager, does an outstanding job! She makes sure that the property is always neat, clean and beautifully manicured! We even have a picnic table and nice sidewalks!Whenever we've had any issues with our apartment, I can count on Laci to get back to me in a timely manner. We enjoy what Gardens of Mabank has to offer. It's peaceful, clean, sidewalks to stroll around with my fur baby. Weekly activities if I like. We have made several friends with neighbors. The management answers my call in a timely manner. Our kinda homey place!
A great place for seniors. The staff is engaging and handles any issues that come up quickly. They even have have events couple times a week for the residents to do and have fun with each other as well as meetings to help with educational things like holiday budgeting and other things that are important to seniors
I have lived here for 5 years. My rent started at $750 and is now $1080 (being an over 55 complex, most occupants are fixed income). The first 2 were great and the grounds were beautiful, the but it's been downhill since then. I have submitted the same work order requests since July 2023 and have copies of them. It is now 2/29/2024 and none are done.....although the website continues to say each one is completed. Property manager Justin doesn't return calls. There has been absolutely no maintenance done.
