Great apartment complex! The location is unbeatable — walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and everything downtown has to offer, yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secure. The building itself is modern, well-maintained, and full of the necessary amenities. The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to issues. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to live in the heart of Salt Lake, I’d highly recommend this complex.
Beautiful apartment complex, wonderful neighbors. Lots of great food options nearby. The unit had an in-unit washer and dryer. Within walking distance to Chinatown, several restaurants.
I'm not trying to be a dramatic one star reviewer, but seriously, do not move in here at all costs. Lived here for 10 months (April 2022-Jan 2023). I wanted my first apartment that was my own to be really special and enjoyable, but unfortunately, this was a nightmare instead. It seemed like a great place and kind management team while I was signing the lease, but everything fell apart after moving in. Pros: The property has the convenience of two bathrooms. Cons: One area of improvement is addressing the presence of mold, particularly in shared entryways and the basement areas. Additionally, there is an unexpected monthly parking fee of $40 that was added by the property managers in the middle of the lease, which cannot be removed. The appliances provided are of lower quality and frequently experience issues. It would be beneficial if maintenance could improve their response time and follow-up on ordered parts.
