Garrett was awesome to work with. I closed on my home within 30 days all thanks to him. He was always available and made buying a home the easiest thing ever. He is the only person I will ever use!
Garrett went above and beyond to make the loan process easy for us. He was always there when we have questions. He did move our loan process into underwriting to get conditionally approved whiles we were still looking for a house. By the time we find the house, we were almost in the final stage of the loan, which help us close within a short period of time. I will definitely work with Garret again and likely refer him to family and friends.
Garrett was great to work with. He was available at all hours and very knowledgeable. He even sent our paid off credit card statement to the bureaus for a rapid rescore so we could get a better intrest rate. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. We used Garrett for a large jumbo loan.
This is the second time we have used Garrett. Extremely knowledgeable an able to craft a product that best fits your goals. From start to finish less than 45 days. Garrett makes the mortgage process easier than buying a car. He will be my first stop on any future mortgage needs.
I've done a few mortgages and this was the easiest one by miles. It closed in less than a month from the initial process. Numbers didn't change and Garrett is very responsive to emails or text messages. They also offered me 15/15 ARM product which is exactly what I needed.
