Dr. Copeland has an immaculate, spacious office with unconventional hours. My appoint was late evening which fit perfectly with my schedule. Conveniently located, he was welcoming and didn’t rush the appointment even though it was late. His onboarding staff was efficient and followed up thoroughly. I’m looking forward to this journey. Great financing options if needed. They was kind, patient, and informative—they explained every step clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout. I just started the whole process of getting braces with Dr. Copeland. He is very articulate and clear in explaining the process, provides you with a variety of options, and has much integrity. I am happy I made the right choice coming to him. I definitely recommend him 10/10!!!
My brackets were improperly placed by another physician and Dr Copeland came to the rescue and removed all of my brackets and placed them back on correctly! He saved the day and my smile!!!
