Dr. Copeland has an immaculate, spacious office with unconventional hours. My appoint was late evening which fit perfectly with my schedule. Conveniently located, he was welcoming and didn’t rush the appointment even though it was late. His onboarding staff was efficient and followed up thoroughly. I’m looking forward to this journey. Previously used Sacks for another child. No issues, but wanted to try something different this time around. The staff at Dr. Copeland's office were super friendly and professional. My child was apprehensive at first, but that made her feel comfortable and welcomed. At the end of our consultation, Dr. Copeland explained everything and answered a million questions from me! The office was CLEAN, minimally decorated and quiet which is at least 3 stars on its own. 10/10 recommend!
My brackets were improperly placed by another physician and Dr Copeland came to the rescue and removed all of my brackets and placed them back on correctly! He saved the day and my smile!!! Thank you Dr. Copeland! You are amazing! I am certain that your new practice will multiply fast and that your patients will love you and their results!!! Thank you again for my beautiful smile!
Dr C is awesome! He always strives to make sure that I achieve the perfect smile. Valerie is awesome too! Definitely the best Orthodontist office I've been to in a while. Highly recommend.
