We consulted with three different orthodontists before choosing Dr. Copeland and his team, and we are so glad we did. I am so glad I chose Dr. Copeland and his team for my orthodontic treatment. Every visit has been a positive experience from start to finish. Dr. Copeland is awesome. His staff is kind and caring. My son isn't the easiest to work with in terms of ortho matters. I am so grateful for their patience. They've never made us feel rushed. The care my son gets is top drawer... And we always feel welcome.
Dr. Copeland is the best orthodontist I have ever came across. He’s very patient and knowledgeable. My daughter’s teeth were crowded and didn’t really fall out on their own. In less than a year her teeth straightened out making the necessary space for her adult teeth to come in. The office space is always so clean and relaxing and the receptionist Valerie is the sweetest person ever!
Dr. Copeland and his staff were kind, efficient and thorough. We came in for a consultation and my daughter was taken to get xrays and photos taken of her teeth, while I filled out new patient paperwork. As soon as we were done we waited maybe 3 minutes and we were sitting with Dr. Copeland as he went over the treatment plan. He went over the insurance process and cost and answered questions we both had. The entire visit was maybe 20 minutes total, and my daughter is actually excited about getting braces now.
