Though I was not looking forward to a colonoscopy by any means. Everyone was very nice and professional and I had a great conversation with MiKayla who kept me somewhat entertained while I was waiting. I was knocked out before I knew it and when I woke up I thought that nothing had happened. Doctor Payman came in and explained everything to me and told me what they did and then I got ready to go home. If you have to go through this I would highly recommend Dr. Payman and his staff
Dr Payman set my mind at ease about my procedure from beginning to end! His team at his office and the staff at the hospital were all professional and conscientious about my situation and handled and answered all my questions and concerns! We’ll done!! Dr. Payman has been my G.I. doctor since I found out I have Crohn’s disease 12 years ago. He feels like family because he has been there for me this entire time. I really feel like he has my best interest in mind, and looks out for me. He is very easy to talk to, and staff is the best in the entire universe! When you have a chronic illness like I do, it’s very important to have a support system and I feel like I have one with Dr. Payman and his office staff.
It was my first colonoscopy. I was very nervous. All of my anxiety was in unwarranted. From the detailed prep instructions to the caring staff that check me in, to the anesthesiologist and doctor. A++. I’m glad I won’t need to do it again for 10 years, but I will not fear next time.
other than a long wait to get an appointment, the rest of the process and visit went smoothly. My concerns were address and questions answered.
