A little hiccup, no big deal , friendly delivery driver, one of my bottles was very sticky on the outside , leakage or something spilled?? Only complaint.., thanks

I placed an order online for blackberry Crown Royal. And it would not go through, so I contacted Larry at Gary’s and explain to him what was going on. He proceeded to tell me what the problem was. Took care of my problem. Got my order submitted now I’m just waiting on my order to arrive to Kansas City. Thank you very much. Can’t wait to taste my blackberry crown. Thank you again.

I've always loved shopping at Gary's! The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always take's their time to find out what my needs are and select the perfect bottle. Also, not a zoo like Total Wine. Additionally, they also have an excellent selection of gifts. I had a small issue with an order and Larry, the manager, went above and beyond rectifying the problem.
