I placed an order online for blackberry Crown Royal. And it would not go through, so I contacted Larry at Gary’s and explain to him what was going on. He proceeded to tell me what the problem was. I've always loved shopping at Gary's! The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always take's their time to find out what my needs are and select the perfect bottle. Also, not a zoo like Total Wine. Additionally, they also have an excellent selection of gifts. I had a small issue with an order and Larry, the manager, went above and beyond rectifying the problem.
