Excellent Dental Care and Professionalism! I had an outstanding experience at Carolina Dentist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and efficient. Went in for services, sign says they take cash as with a card there is an additional 3% charge. Asked reception if they take cash to make sure and they say yes. Come to the appointment and they do not have change so you have to leave a credit on the account. So I choose to leave and have my deposit refunded. Told 72 hours and it’s been a week and when I called today, a week later, they say it’s sitting on the managers desk. I love this practice!! Dr B. Is my awesome dentist and Lakita is my amazing hygienist It’s rare to get the combination of extremely competent AND totally caring & friendly. They truly do look out for my well being and they are very transparent about each step.. what it’s needed, what options pros and cons are, what I can expect to feel step by step during any procedure. I’m so glad I found them!!
While I find the office staff to be generally polite and pleasant, my concern is regarding the information provided about the dental plans they offer. Some staff members are unfamiliar with the specific details of the plans offered. Unfortunately, I received inaccurate information which has resulted in a loss of $400 because a procedure was unexpectedly not covered. I'm very happy with my experience. The doctors were fantastic as were the assistants. Dental visits make me very Irish and they did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be back out of the regular patient.
