My husband and I had our first appointment yesterday at Carolinas Dentist in Gastonia. From the moment we walked in the door until we left, we were impressed with every aspect of the office, the staff, everyone's professionalism and our new dentist. We are so grateful for such a positive experience!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pearson and the team at Carolinas Dentist in Gastonia. I needed a tooth extraction and was understandably nervous, but Dr. Pearson took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I don't like going to the dentist, but the team at Gastonia Family Dentistry on New Hope Rd made my visit very enjoyable. It had been a while since I had my teeth cleaned, so I needed a deep cleaning. I had a filling in my front tooth that had fallen out, so Dr Pearson replaced my filling. Went in for services, sign says they take cash as with a card there is an additional 3% charge. Asked reception if they take cash to make sure and they say yes. Come to the appointment and they do not have change so you have to leave a credit on the account. So I choose to leave and have my deposit refunded. Told 72 hours and it’s been a week and when I called today, a week later, they say it’s sitting on the managers desk.
