My experience was absolutely great first I wanna say I was very happy and grateful to see Andrew back. He has always been the one to help me with the care for my vehicle. Andrew is one of the best service person ever thank you for the care and appreciation of the time and service for your customers.. I will 4ever be grateful and also a 4ever customer.
Two words...AWESOME and AMAZING!!! I took my daughter's car in to get the brakes changed. They found another issue and repaired it. My service advisor, Paul, even assisted me on his day off. Just great service in all aspects. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!
Our salesman Daniel was wonderful. It was the Internet department and Finance department that was a nightmare. After leaving voicemails and emails I am still waiting on the Kia from finance to get in touch with me. It is totally unacceptable for no response in the last 5 days. I ask to speak to someone else to help me but I am told by another finance manager he can speak with her directly and have her call me. So I am now back to a waiting game.
Arrived after driving an hour and half to find the truck had obvious dent/chip in the door the size of a quarter. They gave me a paint pen to fix this issue. They then charged for a blinking system on the third brake light on all cars stating it was mandatory and couldn’t be taken off. This was clearly an upcharge to make extra money. Got home… an hour and half away… and there was no such thing installed on the car or at least it wasn’t checked to be working. Excellent customer care in all aspects of care! Service writer was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician kept me informed about the inspection of my vehicle via video of the inspection of my vehicle. .
