Great experience. I saw the truck I wanted online and have them a call. The truck was listed with only one picture and I wanted to see what the interior looked like and John was on it and sent me pictures about 10 minutes after I called. We made the drive down from VA and were told the truck had not been throughly cleaned yet and processed through there inspection procedures but that they would finish all that and deliver the truck to my home at no extra charge. Let me start off by saying I was very nervous about having an oil change on my 2024 Mustang GT at a Nissan dealership.....I had actually purchased a service plan at a different dealership and Gastonia Nissan was the closest participating service center for me. My experiences have been very good. This visit Alexis helped me. She was great, very nice & explained things well. The waiting area is a nice & clean place too. Then I came back another day that week because I had a stuck seatbelt & they worked me in & fixed it!
Excellent experience with the service department at Gastonia Nissan. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They got my vehicle in and out quickly, completed the work right the first time, and made the entire process easy and stress free. It is hard to find honest, dependable service these days, but this team delivered. Highly recommend Gastonia Nissan for all your service needs.
Me and my family were here Tuesday and Alicia Hunter was absolutely amazing. We had a budget and she helped us stay in that budget and still find an amazing vehicle. She was amazing with the kids as well, we were there pretty much all day (our fault not theirs). Her manager Mr. Blanca was also amazing, I don't think I talked to anyone there I didn't love!
