Excellent process in purchasing our 2023. Chrysler Pacifica. Joseph, Andrew and Carmello ? (finance) we're great. We're happy with the process except the time , but that's expected. The only bump in the process was being told we had bumper to bumper coverage but in reality is was an extended warranty. We took our first road trip to Asheville North Carolina and the Pacifica was comfortable and ran without a problem. Thanks for the great customer service. Good job Joseph!

I highly recommend Gastonia Nissan for vehicle service. I transferred to Gastonia Nissan from another dealership, and it was the best decision I could have made for a painless servicing of my Rogue. Had to take my Pathfinder to Gastonia Nissan for service on my transmission. Douglas and the crew there were excellent in assisting me with my service! Douglas was thorough and very helpful! They told me about all the issues they found in addition to the ones I was specifically there for! This being a very emotional time of my grandbaby being brought home the vehicles provided for rental while my equal sport was being serviced since November will have great space so service was really good to us while traveling back and forth to the the vein sinners and Gastonia Nissan has been great to the family . Spacewise was great and bringing all of the items home and being able to lift down the back seats are awesome as well
