Excellent process in purchasing our 2023. Chrysler Pacifica. Joseph, Andrew and Carmello ? (finance) we're great. We're happy with the process except the time , but that's expected. The only bump in the process was being told we had bumper to bumper coverage but in reality is was an extended warranty. We took our first road trip to Asheville North Carolina and the Pacifica was comfortable and ran without a problem. Thanks for the great customer service. Good job Joseph!
The services were amazing! Lola was very knowledgeable and helpful with the vehicles we asked about. Andrew worked diligently to get us where we needed to be on price of vehicle and payments.
