My experience is one I will never forget. I applied because I wanted a truck and I knew I would have to have a down payment set up. I told them constantly that’s what I was set on and I wasn’t backing down. They never gave up on me and eventually got me into a 2025 Nissan Rogue with no money down. Just a sign and drive. I’m grateful to Kiplin and the rest of the Gastonia Nissan family for blessing me with a new vehicle.
Let me start off by saying I was very nervous about having an oil change on my 2024 Mustang GT at a Nissan dealership.....I had actually purchased a service plan at a different dealership and Gastonia Nissan was the closest participating service center for me. Very straightforward, simple process of buying a very nice used vehicle. Sales and financing were both efficient and interaction with them most professional and pleasant. Chris Dean sales manager and Joshua Vargas finance manager both did great job processing the purchase. Terms were simple and upfront. No hassling. Extremely quick transaction. And all the other employees inside the dealership were very polished and proper. Would highly recommend.
Henry and Chris made the purchase of the vehicle pleasant. The pricing was transparent and straight forward. Update: After taking the vehicle on the highway we noticed a vibration caused by a bent rim which we didn't notice during purchase because the bent was facing towards the ground. I reached out to our salesperson but no response as of yet.
Great experience. I saw the truck I wanted online and have them a call. The truck was listed with only one picture and I wanted to see what the interior looked like and John was on it and sent me pictures about 10 minutes after I called. We made the drive down from VA and were told the truck had not been throughly cleaned yet and processed through there inspection procedures but that they would finish all that and deliver the truck to my home at no extra charge.
