Let me start off by saying I was very nervous about having an oil change on my 2024 Mustang GT at a Nissan dealership.....I had actually purchased a service plan at a different dealership and Gastonia Nissan was the closest participating service center for me. Great experience. I saw the truck I wanted online and have them a call. The truck was listed with only one picture and I wanted to see what the interior looked like and John was on it and sent me pictures about 10 minutes after I called. We made the drive down from VA and were told the truck had not been throughly cleaned yet and processed through there inspection procedures but that they would finish all that and deliver the truck to my home at no extra charge. Had to go in for a recall check (software update). The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, especially Javier Ortega. The waiting area is nice, and the work was completed a bit ahead of schedule. When I got the car back, it had even been washed (I had forgotten to ask), which was a very nice touch. Customer service is clearly a priority for Gastonia Nissan.
I had a wonderful experience recently when I needed major repairs to my truck. From the scheduling process up to and including the service and repairs it was a smooth process. Absolutely no stress. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Chad Owen the Service Advisor and he kept me informed every step of the way. He was able to get parts for the repair that sometimes take awhile to get. The experience I had today at the dealership in Gastonia, was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The whole team was so nice and welcoming and I appreciate that tremendously. Chad is a very professional person as well . He let me know what was going on with my vehicle and explained it to me in layman’s terms, lol, so I was not surprised or shocked at the amount that I was charged. Love this dealership!!!
