Let me start off by saying I was very nervous about having an oil change on my 2024 Mustang GT at a Nissan dealership.....I had actually purchased a service plan at a different dealership and Gastonia Nissan was the closest participating service center for me. I had a wonderful experience recently when I needed major repairs to my truck. From the scheduling process up to and including the service and repairs it was a smooth process. Absolutely no stress. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Chad Owen the Service Advisor and he kept me informed every step of the way. He was able to get parts for the repair that sometimes take awhile to get. Great experience. I saw the truck I wanted online and have them a call. The truck was listed with only one picture and I wanted to see what the interior looked like and John was on it and sent me pictures about 10 minutes after I called. We made the drive down from VA and were told the truck had not been throughly cleaned yet and processed through there inspection procedures but that they would finish all that and deliver the truck to my home at no extra charge. Excellent experience with the service department at Gastonia Nissan. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They got my vehicle in and out quickly, completed the work right the first time, and made the entire process easy and stress free. It is hard to find honest, dependable service these days, but this team delivered. Highly recommend Gastonia Nissan for all your service needs.
