What can I say of my experience in our purchase: The staff , mgrs, all were superb in helping with the process of buying our new 2021 hylander on aug1st. They were all professional, welcoming, willing to help by showing us the facets of the car. Even in the rain Alecia went to get the gas; Robert was friendly; those were the names I recall but everyone offered excellent support & service and we walked away very content & happy. Tyler and Douglas were amazing. I am new to the area, and from the first time on the phone they both made me feel welcome. Once I met both of them in person everything went smooth Tyler and Douglas explained what was needed with my car from start to finish. They didnt give me the run around and I truly appreciate that. I will be making this my car's new home for maintenance. Thanks again.
I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and service was wonderful. They had told me when I bought the car that 3 oil changes was included and they didn’t include it but the service dept took care of me , and I didn’t have to pay nothing. 10 stars! Will take my car back to them anytime.
Customer service was great. They listen to my concerns and took their time to diagnose my car to find the issue. They explained what was going on with my car and unfortunately it had to do with a device that was installed in my car that they could not fix since they did not install it but they were very detailed.
Me and my family were here Tuesday and Alicia Hunter was absolutely amazing. We had a budget and she helped us stay in that budget and still find an amazing vehicle. She was amazing with the kids as well, we were there pretty much all day (our fault not theirs). Her manager Mr. Blanca was also amazing, I don't think I talked to anyone there I didn't love!
