Kimberly was very professional and Very informative. She was very thorough in asking for my history and giving me suggestions for making me feel better. I appreciate her taking her time with me. The office staff was very nice, and courteous and efficient in getting my next appointments set up. It was a great experience!
Raysha was very pleasant and professional, explained everything about my test results and answered all questions. She gave good recommendations about how to make improvements to my health and went over possible testing and patiently explained everything. Excellent!
Very nice, professional, and time efficient. Staff would check in patients at multiple desks to prevent standing long in a line. Doc and PA knew so much about my rare conditions. Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Gastroparesis which is very difficult to find! Plus the doctor listens to everything you say and doesn’t just walk in and out. Very very pleased
Never again . Receptionist are not organized at all , they do not care about the queue , did lot of appointment mistakes and they rescheduled my appointments for three or four times simply because they did not check my insurance options . Also, 9 out of 10 of their agents will not understand your concerns . I regretted that I dealt with this colonoscopy clinic . Over all my visit was pretty much good except, wait time. My appointment was at 4pm and I seen by doctor at 6pm.
