As a number of other people noted, even though you specifically schedule a visit with Dr. Pothuri (and in my case, had the front desk put in my notes that I don’t want to be seen by any one other than the doctor). Less than three hours before my appointment (after rearranging my work day) I get a text saying I’ll be meeting with a Nurse Practitioner. Excellent experience. They got me in the office the same day I called. I waited less than 10 minutes before they called me back to see the NP, who was amazing. Dr. Pothuri came in and reviewed everything and got set me set up for the test I needed in the very near future. I feel like I'm in very competent hands.
The entire supporting staff was great. I would take some time and teach the two ladies at the front desk what a great patient greeting looks like. They need to make eye contact and smile. The doctor was great. Overall it was great. The one that greeted the best was the doctor which is not usually the case. I’m giving a 5 star rating because of the doctor and the lady that was with the doctor in the room. They had a great vision of what a memorable patient experience looks like.
I had a wonderful time. Everything was in detail and was good. I am looking forward to come back for my next appointment. Thank you so much for having me as your client.
The doctor was easy to understand and following directions was no problem. He had a nice sense of humor and took time with explanations. I appreciated the time he took giving directions and telling me about my choices.
