Excellent experience. They got me in the office the same day I called. I waited less than 10 minutes before they called me back to see the NP, who was amazing. Dr. Pothuri came in and reviewed everything and got set me set up for the test I needed in the very near future. I feel like I'm in very competent hands.
I had a wonderful time. Everything was in detail and was good. I am looking forward to come back for my next appointment. Thank you so much for having me as your client.
The doctor was easy to understand and following directions was no problem. He had a nice sense of humor and took time with explanations. I appreciated the time he took giving directions and telling me about my choices.
The entire supporting staff was great. I would take some time and teach the two ladies at the front desk what a great patient greeting looks like. They need to make eye contact and smile. The doctor was great. Overall it was great. The one that greeted the best was the doctor which is not usually the case. I’m giving a 5 star rating because of the doctor and the lady that was with the doctor in the room. They had a great vision of what a memorable patient experience looks like.
Excellent experience. Doctor was very astute and up to date on my medical history as I am a new patient. Very efficient and spent a lot of time discussing my case.
