The entire supporting staff was great. I would take some time and teach the two ladies at the front desk what a great patient greeting looks like. They need to make eye contact and smile. The doctor was great. Overall it was great. The one that greeted the best was the doctor which is not usually the case. I’m giving a 5 star rating because of the doctor and the lady that was with the doctor in the room. They had a great vision of what a memorable patient experience looks like.
Such a great practice for Gasto health! Dr. Bharat Pothuri is very personable, and professional. It was my first time seeing him and I left feeling like I was heard and cared for. His entire staff seems to be great.
From the registration to the consultation to briefly seeing the doctor as well as checking out was an awesome experience. Everyone was professional and had great character and a great sense of humor. We all laughed continuously while being professional the entire time. I would recommend this facility; doctor and staff to anyone looking for this type of service.
Dr Pothuri was outstanding. He was very compassionate about finding out the core issues on taking my present medications. Staff was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend him.
The staff & my doctor explain everything in detail where I could understand! All my questions were answered where I could understand. One problem..patients were over booked where you waited an extra 1hr. to be seen.
