The entire supporting staff was great. I would take some time and teach the two ladies at the front desk what a great patient greeting looks like. They need to make eye contact and smile. The doctor was great. Overall it was great. The one that greeted the best was the doctor which is not usually the case. I’m giving a 5 star rating because of the doctor and the lady that was with the doctor in the room. They had a great vision of what a memorable patient experience looks like.
From the registration to the consultation to briefly seeing the doctor as well as checking out was an awesome experience. Everyone was professional and had great character and a great sense of humor. We all laughed continuously while being professional the entire time. I would recommend this facility; doctor and staff to anyone looking for this type of service.
GastroDox is new to myself being from Colorado. The professional team communication is phenomenal. Everyone that I interact with gives me clear and accurate advice about my situation. The best thing is that they are all on the same page and level of support. I’m truly blessed to have been able to become a patient of this amazing team. I took an appointment specifically with Pothuri the doctor and was seen by his PA. They moved my appointment twice. When the PA came in and was talking I assumed the doctor would follow but then I was escorted out. Very disappointed with this doctor’s greediness. Seemed to be a decent doctor but noticed these tactics a few times and heard from others not to mention prescribing lot of unnecessary procedures. Immediately switched to another doctor and will never go back.
My 1st appointment with Dr. Bharat Pothuri was great. He explained step by step what we need to do and testing for a better diagnosis of my health. Very fast and efficient and his entire team very pleasant all of them. I love my first time visit ever my first GI appointment ever. I highly recommend Dr. Bharat Pothuri!!
