This happened at their Cypress office. We had an appointment yesterday (12/4/25) at 4.30pm. we arrived about 4.00pm for visit. They took us into the examination room at 4.30pm and said "someone will come ". We waited till 5.10pm waiting for the doctor. so,we were not given any explanation why the delay was. we don't have time to spend hours to sitting in a room,not knowing what time will be attended too.
