I now see why there are so many 1 star reviews… the lady on the phone was actually laughable hearing her literally huffing and puffing behind the scenes, raising her voice & talking over. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in a work place & disrespect given. I hope all lines are recorded. Doctor saw me for less than 5-10 minutes & gave me a sample drug from the counter that is the exact medication that was advised by other many doctors to NOT TAKE. I do not recommend this office to anyone. My daughter had an appointment at this location. According to the front desk they do not see children, yet they failed to contact me. I drove 45 minutes one way, for them to be so confused. Leadership falls from the head down. When scheduling the appointment they didn't tell me that. This appointment was scheduled 2 months ago. Gas is already expensive just to get to this location and them not realize a mistake was made. Beware that they do not know what they are doing.
I saw Lindsey the nurse practitioner and from the time I arrived to the time I left the employees where nice, helpful and the process was fast. Lindsey was ready when she came in the room and had clearly read my chart and knew my medical history. She did the consult set up a plan. I am definitely glad I picked this practice.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I saw Cynthea and she was extremely patient. She thoroughly explained everything in understandable terms. Her (and her team) made a nervous appointment into a fun little morning stop 🤗.... oh and I waited less than 5 minutes!!! Yaaassssss 🙌🏻
Very rude receptionist. Twice have we had to speak with someone on the phone for things regarding appointments and each time we were made to feel as if we inconvenienced them by being on the line. They were hateful and wouldnt listen to nor answer my concerns just kept repeating the same thing over and over which had nothing to do with me asking why go over something on the phone when we have an appointment coming up with the actual doctor, and if its something that needs to be discussed over the phone why not move the appt... read more
